A referendum is a direct vote in which an entire electorate is asked
to either accept or reject a particular proposal. ...On the ballot Tuesday, November 2, 2010, the residents of
Palatine Township will be asked to vote YES or NO for the following
proposal:
"Shall the Board of Education of Palatine Community
Consolidated School District Number 15, Cook County, Illinois be
authorized to issue $27,000,000 bonds for a working cash fund as
provided for by Article 20 of the School Code?"
 "If you don't vote on Tuesday, then don't
complain on Wednesday."
